Delivery

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Our standard shipping charge is a flat rate of £4.99 ex VAT for a three day service, or we offer free shipping for orders over £79 ex VAT. Order by 1pm Monday-Friday for same day despatch.

Please note we don’t currently deliver to offshore islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right however, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind / Unsuitable Items

  • If the item you ordered is not suitable, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and complete with all original packaging.
  • You can return goods directly to us. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection on your behalf. In this case, a charge of £20 + VAT will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you require a different product or size, simply place a new order.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned items.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery.
  • We will arrange collection/replacement at our expense in these cases.
  • Beyond 14 days, it may not be possible for us to resolve the issue, so please check your order promptly on arrival.

Hygiene & Food Safety

  • For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where protective packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • We understand you may wish to test products before ordering in bulk — we are happy to provide free samples on request. Please email us at info@agorafoodpackaging.com, and we aim to send samples within 3 working days.

Delivery & Returns

Low Flat Rate

Delistore.co.uk charge a flat rate of £4.99 ex vat per delivery (UK Mainland, excludes Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland) whether you order 1 product or 1000 products. Orders to Northern Ireland, Off-shore and Scottish Highlands have different delivery charges.

Business Day Delivery

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays). Deliveries are made between 08:00-18:00, and someone must be available to sign for them at the delivery address during these hours.

Low Free Delivery Threshold

If your order is over £79 (ex VAT),then our standard UK mainland delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Timing

All orders are processed as soon as possible. Orders received no later than 13:00 in the UK are usually delivered the next working day for the UK mainland addresses, but please note this is not guaranteed by the courier. It is a 4 day service for Northern Ireland, Off-shore and Scottish Highlands.

Our Delivery Partner

Other than orders fulfilled by our own fleet, shipments are delivered by DPD or another reputable private courier. Larger orders, which re unable to go through the DPD network, will be delivered by a third party pallet haulier.

 
 

Xmas/New Year 2023

Please note that Zeus Food will be closed for the festive Christmas and New Year period from the 24th December 2022 to the 3rd January 2023.

Due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes and the excess knock on freight this has caused with the parcel hauliers, whilst they will attempt deliveries on the 28-30th December, they will not guarantee this sadly. Any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday 22nd December, will most likely be delivered on Tuesday 3rd January, after which, normal delivery schedules will resume.

Returns Policy

If you find that the item you ordered is not suitable or what you required we are happy to accept it back in the same condition as they were sent to you complete with all original packaging. We must receive your returns request within 14 days of your order date. Goods can be returned to us at the address below or we can arrange a collection and a cost of £20 (plus vat) will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange an item so if you did order an incorrect size or product we kindly ask that you place a new order. If for any reason your order is not complete and you are missing or awaiting items please notify us within 14 days of placing your order as after this we won't be able to resolve any issues you may have.

If you find that the item you have received is not what you ordered for any reason, we are again happy to accept it back in the same condition as they were sent to you, complete with all original packaging. We must receive notification of the error within 14 days of your order date please. Goods will of course be collected/replaced at our expense.

For food safety hygiene reasons we can not accept goods back once the protective packaging has been tampered with. Whilst we understand you might need to test the product(s) you have ordered we unfortunately won't be able to refund you once the original packaging has been opened. We are more than happy to send samples before any purchase, please contact us at info@delistore.co.uk and we aim to send samples within three working days.

Refund Policy

If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been received, inspected and accepted. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item (via the email address associated with the account involved). We will immediately notify you (via the email address associated with the account involved) on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days (usually 2/3 business days),depending on your card issuer's policies. In some circumstances we may also credit your online account with an agreed amount in lieu of a refund to the original payment method.
