Where do you drink from?

The Good Cup has a sip hole in the top just like any other plastic or bagasse lid

Will it leak?

The Good Cup has an aqueous coating creating a watertight bond and the unique folding top will prevent spills, in fact liquids can safely sit in the good cup for up to 2 weeks!

Does the cup have a plastic lining?

The Good Cup has an aqueous coating and contains no PE or PLA

Do I need a sleeve on the cup?

The Good Cup offers a good level of thermal protection for all milk based hot drinks. We would recommend the use of a sleeve for tea and americano. Our one sleeve fits all 4 cup sizes from 8oz to 22oz

Is the cup hygienic?

The Good Cup can be filled and folded closed without any contact with the drinking area making it a much more hygienic alternative to separate lids

Why is the cup shaped differently?

The Good Cup has been designed to fit the natural shape of your hand and its contoured top creates a more pleasant drinking experience compared to sip through separate lids

How do I add sugar?

On the sip spout cup simple press the central tab marked on the top of the cup, this will unlock the secure top and allow you to lift the flap and add sugar/milk.

For our new open spout cup simply add sugars, milk and stir through the opening used to drink from

Can it be recycled?

The Good Cup is certified as recyclable as paper in the normal dry mixed recycling stream. Please check with your waste collector to confirm they can process it.

Is the cup compostable?

The Good Cup is certified for both home composting and industrial composting. The cup will compost in 6-12 months. As a way to be zero waste why not plant and germinate a seed in the Good Cup filled with soil, then the cup can be planted in the ground where the cup will compost and the plant will thrive.

Can I use it for cold drinks?

The Good Cup is suitable for both hot and cold drinks with the sip hole becoming the straw hole for cold drinks; from iced coffee to cocktails

Can I use the cup for food?

The Good Cup is suitable for food and drink and we have a special vented food cup to prevent dry foods from going soggy.

Can the cup be branded for my business?

Yes. We offer a wide range of branding options printing directly on the cups or in a range of compostable stickers to suit your needs and volume
