Our custom coffee cups utilize a certified water-based aqueous coating. Unlike traditional PE plastic films, this allows the paper fibers to be easily separated in standard UK recycling mills or processed in industrial composting facilities.

Our MOQs start at just 1,000 units for the majority of our cup, bottle, and box lines. This makes professional branded packaging accessible to independent cafes and early-stage food brands without requiring massive storage space.
How long are your UK lead times? +
Standard lead times run between 2–4 weeks from the date of artwork approval, depending on the specific product and print complexity. We manufacture and dispatch efficiently via our secure UK logistics network.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly? +
Yes. We specialize in technically verified materials including aqueous water-based coated cups, R-PET recycled juice bottles, EN13432-certified sugarcane bagasse containers, and recyclable kraft cardboard boxes.
Do you check my artwork before printing? +
Absolutely. While you will need to supply your own logo/artwork, our team provides technical file checks to ensure your vectors are scaled correctly and positioned perfectly. We will always send a digital proof for your sign-off before production begins.
What file format do you need for artwork? +
Vector formats (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF) are required for the highest fidelity flexo and offset printing. If you only have high-resolution PNGs, we can often work with them for simple, single-color logos.
Can I order samples before committing to a run? +
Yes, unprinted (plain) stock samples are available for most of our ranges so you can verify the size and material quality. Custom-printed samples require a full production run due to machinery setup costs.
