Minimum order quantities vary depending on the print method and bottle format. We work with low minimums so emerging juice brands and small batch producers can get branded bottles without committing to thousands of units. Get in touch for a quote based on your specific requirements.

What's the difference between full colour labels and direct bottle printing?

Full colour labels are printed separately and applied to the bottle — they support unlimited colours and are more cost effective on larger runs. Direct bottle printing prints your design straight onto the PET surface in a single colour, making it ideal for smaller runs and giving a clean, premium look without a visible label edge.

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. We recommend requesting a sample before committing to a full production run, particularly if you're ordering custom printed bottles for the first time. Speak to our team and we'll talk you through the sampling process.

What artwork format do I need to supply?

We work best with print-ready PDF or AI files with fonts outlined and artwork set to CMYK. If your files aren't quite there yet, our team can help prepare them. We'll always send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes to print.

How long does production take?

Lead times vary by print method and order volume. Once your artwork is approved we'll confirm a production and delivery timeline. If you're working to a specific launch date, let us know upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Are the bottles suitable for HPP and cold pressed juice?

Yes. Our Bobby Round and Bella Square bottle families are HPP compatible and suitable for cold pressed juice, cold fill, and high pressure processing. All bottles are BPA-free, FDA certified, and made from recyclable virgin PET.

Do you supply caps and lids for the bottles?

Can I order the same label design across different bottle sizes?

Absolutely. Many of our customers run the same brand design across multiple sizes within a bottle family — for example 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml Bobby Round bottles with the same label artwork adapted for each format. Our team can help ensure the design scales correctly across sizes.
