Aqueous Water-Based Coating

Our custom coffee cups use a certified water-based aqueous coating. Unlike traditional PE plastic films, this allows the paper fibres to be easily separated in standard UK recycling mills or processed in industrial composting facilities.

R-PET (Recycled Polyethylene)

Manufactured from post-consumer recycled plastic, our R-PET range closes the loop. It significantly reduces carbon footprint compared to virgin PET and remains 100% recyclable within the existing UK waste infrastructure.

How long are your UK lead times? +
Standard lead times run between 2–4 weeks from the date of artwork approval, depending on the specific product and print complexity. We manufacture and dispatch efficiently via our secure UK logistics network.
Are your packaging materials responsibly sourced? +
Yes. We work with technically verified materials including aqueous water-based coated cups, rPET recycled cold cups, EN13432-certified sugarcane bagasse containers and recyclable FSC kraft cardboard boxes — all selected for responsible end-of-life disposal within UK waste streams.
Do you check my artwork before printing? +
Yes. While you will need to supply your own logo or artwork, our team provides technical file checks to ensure your vectors are scaled correctly and positioned accurately. We always send a digital proof for your sign-off before production begins — nothing goes to print without your approval.
What file format do you need for artwork? +
Vector formats (.AI, .EPS or .PDF) are required for the highest fidelity flexo and offset printing. If you only have a high-resolution PNG, we can often work with it for simple single-colour logos — our team will advise at the file check stage.
Can I order samples before committing to a run? +
Yes — unprinted stock samples are available for most of our ranges so you can verify size, material and quality before committing. Custom-printed samples require a full production run due to machinery setup costs.
What printing methods do you use? +
We offer direct print for cups and boxes — your branding is printed directly onto the packaging material for the cleanest, most professional finish. Label application is also available for certain lines including bottles. Our team will advise on the best method for your chosen product at the quoting stage.
Are recyclable and responsible packaging options available? +
Yes. Responsible material options are available across the majority of our custom print range. Our aqueous-coated cups are recyclable via standard UK paper streams, our kraft boxes are FSC-certified and widely recyclable, and our rPET cold cups are made from post-consumer recycled plastic.
